Changes and cancellations
More than 48 hours before
Cancel 48 hours or more ahead of your reservation start time and you get a full refund. Changing the date instead is free in the same window.
Within 48 hours
Cancellations made inside 48 hours of your reservation start time are non-refundable. Your gear has been set aside for you by then.
To cancel or change, reply to your confirmation email or call 1-340-714-5326 during park hours.
Weather and natural conditions
Ordinary weather is not refundable
Refunds are not provided for overcast skies or rain, for seaweed or jellyfish, or for leaving early. Caribbean weather moves quickly and the beach usually carries on.
Named storms are
A full refund is given in the event of a named hurricane or any tropical storm in the area.
So are closures
If the beach is closed for any reason, you get a full refund.
