At Magens Bay Beach Club, we strive to provide a relaxing and worry-free experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

• We are happy to accommodate changes to your plans — cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation start time are non-refundable.

Weather & Natural Conditions:

• While we always hope for perfect beach days, please note that refunds are not provided for typical weather changes (such as overcast skies or rain), seaweed, jellyfish or for early departures.
• A full refund will be provided in the event of a named hurricane or any tropical storms in the area.
• Additionally, a full refund will be issued if the beach is closed for any reason.
